ANZCO Foods is proud to be a long-standing supporter of the Canterbury West Coast Air Rescue Trust (CWCART), a service that provides a critical lifeline to our rural communities when it matters most.

For many of our farmers, staff and suppliers, the rescue helicopter is not a “nice to have” – it is essential. When serious accidents or medical emergencies happen on-farm or in remote locations, the rescue helicopter can mean the difference between life and death, getting patients to urgent care quickly and safely.

That’s why ANZCO Foods has recently committed to supporting CWCART for a further three years. As our CEO Peter Conley puts it, our people are rural and we’re proud to support a service that’s there for them in their most critical moments.

CWCART has also taken a major step forward with the introduction of new H145 rescue helicopters, which allow crews to fly more often, in more challenging conditions, and deliver an even higher level of care in the air.
