ANZCO Foods CEO Update - October 2025

On International Rural Women’s Day, we’re proud to announce that ANZCO Foods is the principal sponsor of the 2026 Shepherdess Muster.

Held in Southland from 6 to 8 March 2026, the Muster brings together women from across rural New Zealand for a weekend of connection, creativity, and celebration.

This is the second time the event has run, and it complements our own biennial conferences that also aim to recognise, support and inspire women in our industry.

The Shepherdess Muster is about taking time out – away from the farm, the family, and routine – to enjoy experiences that day-to-day life doesn’t always provide the time or opportunity for. From arts and entrepreneurship to wellbeing and relaxation, the weekend includes workshops, stalls, health and wellbeing services, and plenty of space to relax and unwind.
