It's nearly Movember

Movember is almost here!

November is Men’s Health Month, and we're inviting everyone to join the cause in supporting the Movember charity. Whether you grow a moustache or cheer on your mo-growing friends, together we can make a difference for men’s health.

We’re running a competition for people at ANZCO who want to get involved. Here’s how to enter:

  1. Head to the Movember website to sign up and start your fundraiser
  2. At the beginning of November, send a link to your fundraising page and a photo* of your clean-shaven face to Keighlee.Baker@anzcofoods.com
  3. Grow that mo
  4. At the end of the month, send a photo* of your glorious mo
  5. That’s it - you’ll be in to win a Two Dudes prize pack

*We may share your photos internally and on our public social media. If you’d prefer not to have them shared, just let me know.

There are other challenges you can do through the Movember website as well as growing a moustache. You could commit to running or walking 60 km throughout the month – that’s one kilometre for every man lost to suicide every hour around the world. Or, you can choose your own challenge. If you’re planning to do an extra challenge let us know – we’d love to share it with the business.

We’ll also give out prizes for ‘mo’-st impressive moustache and ‘mo’-st funds raised, and the Movember team also give away prizes and goodies to top fundraisers on the platform, so get amongst it and support men’s health this November.

About Movember

Did you know that every hour, 60 men around the world die by suicide? It’s a heartbreaking statistic, but Movember is a powerful opportunity to raise awareness and take action for men’s mental health and suicide prevention, as well as prostate and testicular cancer.

By growing a moustache, you’re not just changing your look – you’re making a statement. It’s a visible symbol that men’s health matters, sparking conversations and helping to change lives.
