
Complete the Wellbeing Bingo challenge and WIN | June health and safety focus

The health and safety focus this month is on energy management. Managing your energy levels is an important part of your health and safety at work and your personal wellbeing. Stress levels, sleep habits, diet, and exercise can have impacts on your ability to work and if they are not looked after can lead to exhaustion and burnout.
Throughout the month of June, we're running a Wellbeing Bingo competition with activities to boost your energy. Just complete the activities and cross off all the squares on your bingo sheet, send a photo of your completed sheet to comp@anzcofoods.com, and you’ll go in the draw to WIN an ANZCO prize pack!

Here's some information on eating well to help boost your energy:
A balanced diet is a great way to ensure you have plenty of energy throughout the day. Fuel your body with fruits, vegetables, carbs, and good proteins, which provide a sustained source of energy, instead of high-sugar or high-fat foods that cause a spike and then crash in your energy levels. You don’t even have to go too far to find healthy food - ANZCO Foods’ beef and lamb is a great source of many nutrients!
