Meet Wayne Andrews

Engineer at ANZCO Foods Marlborough

Wayne is an engineer at our Marlborough site, which involves plant maintenance and fabrication - helping to fix issues around site, come up with new equipment to help site processes run smoothly, and working with contractors on project while the site is on shutdown.

Before coming to ANZCO, he worked in a panel and paint shop. He also worked as a mechanical engineer at KONO NZ, a family-owned Māori food and beverage producer. Since coming to ANZCO he's been surprised at the amount of livestock that get processed each day.

Outside of work, Wayne enjoys cars, hunting, fishing, and diving.
