Meet Rose Cottier
Livestock Quality Assurance Advisor at Corporate Office
Rose has been with ANZCO Foods on and off since 2022. She was studying towards her Bachelor of Agribusiness and Food Marketing at Lincoln University when she did her first internship in the logistics team. She returned in 2023 as a Livestock Administration Intern. After finishing her degree, she moved across the ditch to gain farm work experience, before returning to New Zealand and beginning her role as a Livestock QA Advisor in mid-2024.
In her role, Rose works with the wider QA team, livestock reps and managers, compliance teams, the UK team, and many others. She supports producers with NZFAP programmes, guiding them through accreditation and farm assurance requirements. She also develops and runs producer events across New Zealand, and helps ensure ANZCO's livestock programmes align with regulatory, statutory, and market standards.
Outside of work, Rose enjoys going to the gym, doing pilates, skiing, reading, hunting, and spending time outdoors or catching up with friends. After a busy day, she unwinds by going for a walk around Hagley Park in Christchurch or seeing her friends.
