Meet Dave Walker

Procurement Category Manager at Corporate Office

Dave manages the sourcing, purchasing, and strategy for ANZCO's direct procurement categories and makes decisions that balance cost, quality, supplier relationships, and risk in his role as Procurement Category Manager. He hasn't worked in any other roles for ANZCO, but before joining us he worked in supply chain and commercial roles, and worked for much-loved New Zealand company Cookie Time in their procurement team. His background is in chemical and process engineering, and he started his career in Melbourne managing oil and gas projects.

Since coming to ANZCO, he's been surprised at the variety of products we make and manufacture, and all the different applications and formats our products have.

Outside work, Dave likes to keep fit, catch up with friends, and spend time with his ‘family circus’ - his wife, two daughters, a cat, and a dog. His claim to fame is that he's been told he cooks a mean lasagna and scrambled eggs.
