Matt visits Tasman Tanning

Matt Bartlett, General Manager ANZCO BioScience, visited Tasman Tanning last week to look at their collagen process.

Collagen is a co-product that comes from hides and is used in a variety of products like sausage skins, and dental and medical implants. 

Young bull hides are used in this process, and these hides attract a premium for ANZCO Foods.
