50 years in industry for Gary

Last week Gary Lindsay hit an incredible milestone – 50 years in the meat industry. 

He started out as a meat inspector back in 1975, had a stint shepherding in the Hawke’s Bay, and then found his way back into processing sites before joining Riverlands Eltham (now ANZCO Foods Eltham) in 1999. 

Since then, he’s been Site Manager of ANZCO Foods Marlborough and now heads up compliance from the corporate office in Christchurch. 

After half a century in the industry – and 26 years with ANZCO – it’s fair to say Gary knows his stuff. We’re lucky to have his experience and steady hand on the team.
