Experience to Japan 2026 – winners announced and second tour confirmed

All ANZCO Foods farmer-suppliers who attended a Meat, Greet, and Eat event were automatically entered into the draw to win an all-inclusive trip for two for our Experience to Japan 2026.

We’d like to thank all farmer-suppliers who took time off-farm to attend the events. Your engagement and enthusiasm were greatly appreciated, and it was a pleasure connecting with so many of you.

The prize draw has now taken place, and we’re delighted to announce the Experience to Japan 2026 prize winners:

  • Methven: Sam Hobson
  • Gore: Ryan Healy and Meg Patterson
  • Hunterville: Jason White and Danielle Schofield
  • Havelock North: John and Briget Kommeren

Second tour confirmed – register your interest

Due to the high level of interest received for the Experience to Japan 2026, a second tour has been confirmed for 24 May to 1 June 2026.

The additional tour is open to all ANZCO Foods’ farmer-suppliers who wish to attend at their own cost. Places are limited to 25 participants, so please contact the QA team early to express your interest.

Tour Details: 

  • Dates: 24 May – 1 June 2026 
  • Group size: Maximum 25 participants 
  • Cost: From $8,900 per person 

Highlights include: 

  • Dining at ANZCO Foods Wakanui Restaurant and other selected restaurants 
  • Visit supermarkets, market auctions, and two beef farms
  • Cultural and sightseeing experiences in Tokyo, Kyoto, and surrounding regions
