Having a good night’s sleep allows your body and mind to fully rest. To improve your sleep quality, it’s important to limit the amount of caffeine you drink, aim for a regular sleep schedule, avoid large meals late at night to allow proper digestion and try to reduce screen time just before you sleep. It may sound obvious but little things can make a large difference when it comes to sleeping well.

Here's some safety conversation starters you can use with your colleagues:

  • How are your energy levels today?
  • What helps you switch off and wind down after work?
  • Do you have a routine that helps you sleep better?
  • What’s your top tip for getting a good night’s rest?
