Proposal to purchase Greenlea update

Last week we announced the agreement to purchase the Greenlea Group Ltd and combine the best of both businesses.

The proposed transaction is subject to normal regulatory conditions including approval from the Commerce Commission and the Overseas Investment Office.

We’ll provide progress updates as we can, as we work through the process.

Following the announcement last week, ANZCO Foods Director Mike Petersen and CEO Peter Conley visited the Greenlea Group sites at Hamilton, Morrinsville, and Waitoa. The visit reinforced the quality of the business and the culture and engagement of all the employees.
