Meet Leticia Tabaso

Blood Products Leading Hand at Canterbury

Leticia, known as Lety, is the Blood Products Leading Hand at ANZCO Foods Canterbury, where she processes blood products for pharmaceutical purposes. In her ten years with ANZCO, she's also worked as as a QA and a Laboratory Technician for ANZCO. She's also a site first aider, and is the first port of call if someone nearby has an injury.

Before joining ANZCO, she worked at Tally's for six years as an Operator Team Leader in the laboratory. She's a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, so when she's not at ANZCO she enjoys working out at her gym studio.

Since joining ANZCO she's been surprised at how the business is always progressing and working towards improvement - for the business and employees.

After a busy day, she unwinds by going for a walk and listening to loud music! She has two chihuahuas - Pincho who's five years old, and Milo who's six months old.

She's Argentinian but has lived in New Zealand for many years. Her claim to fame is that she met late night TV show host Jimmy Fallon in New York. Her picture on this profile is the one she feels represents her the most - it’s taken in Manhattan, New York, which she says is her favourite place in the world.
