Happy retirement, Bryce!

This week the ANZCO Foods Canterbury team farewelled Bryce Pierce, who’d worked at the site for 31 years.

Bryce started his meat processing career at PPCS Pareora, then moved to Fortex.

He started at Canterbury Meat Packers in 1995, which has since become ANZCO Foods Canterbury site. He’s worked in the beef processing side of the business, progressing from supervisor roles through to Beef Operations Manager. In the last few months, he’s helped the beef project as Projects and Processing Support Advisor.

At his farewell yesterday morning, Bryce paid tribute to the many people who supported him and backed him during his career.

We wish Bryce all the best for his retirement and thank him for the hard work and dedication he’s given to ANZCO Foods for the last 30 years.
