Growing Future Farmers Impact Report

Getting young people into the industry is a sector-wide focus. 

We’re proud to support Growing Future Farmers (GFF) which works with young people and farmers to help young people into primary sector careers. 

GFF recently shared its mid-year report which shows that about 400 young people have been supported through Growing Future Farmers since it was established in 2020. 

More than 175 people have graduated and progressed into careers across the primary sector, with an average graduate employment rate of 96%. A further 54 students are on track to graduate at the end of 2026.
