Duncan Ford completes butcher qualification

Congratulations to Duncan Ford of The Local Butcher in Blenheim who achieved his New Zealand Certificate in Trade Butchery and becoming a qualified butcher.

This qualification takes up to two years to complete and covers practical skills like producing smoked meats, sausages, and a variety of meat cuts, as well as knowledge of legislation, waste minimisation, and customer service.

Congratulations, Duncan – well done on all your hard work and this great achievement.
