Canterbury engineers training
Posted on Friday, 29 May 2026
Engineers at ANZCO Foods Canterbury recently completed refresher training on the Permit to Work (PTW) system, reinforcing our commitment to safe, consistent, and well-coordinated contract management across the site.
The training focused on strengthening key areas of our PTW approach, including:
- Standardised contractor onboarding and competency verification
- Applying permit controls consistently
- Clear documentation and approval tracking
- Stronger oversight of contractor activities on site
As work environments and regulations continue to change, initiatives like this help keep our teams at the forefront of safety – protecting people, assets, and operations every day.
Thanks to the Canterbury Engineering team for their proactive approach to safety.
