The ANZCO Difference
When we talk about being different, we mean things that really do set us apart: exceptional aspects of ANZCO Foods.
We could talk about the fairness and integrity in the way we deal with our farmer producers, our suppliers and our customers. Or we could talk about our commitment to honesty when communicating with our stakeholders, even the transparency with which we deal with people, but we know that these things are a ’given’ – that this is the way that ANZCO Foods always conducts itself.
So we thought we’d focus on what really does make us different. The following are just some of the things that differentiate us from our competitors:
Imagine a Product Just for You
Imagine a business where your every meat requirement is available, and if it isn’t quite yet imagined, we can create and customise it for you.
At ANZCO, we’re absolutely committed to giving you exactly what you want. If that means creating a brand new product, then that’s what we do – with pride and delight.
Technology Is Our Future
ANZCO’s ground breaking research and innovation utilises the technical expertise of some of New Zealand’s finest minds, as we develop exciting medical-assisting and health-benefiting pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, cosmeceuticals, dietary and food solutions.
With strong and trusted partnerships in global marketing networks, ANZCO is able to deliver products that enhance the quality of people’s lives.
Looking After Our People is Our Top Priority
ANZCO values its employees and wants to protect them. As part of our unrivalled commitment to safety, we undergo a three-day, annual audit as part of a government operated ACC partnership programme. This has resulted in ANZCO being awarded a ‘Tertiary Level’ status, indicating that our Health and Safety standards are way above what is required from statutory codes.
Further recognition of this commitment to safety saw CMP Canterbury Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of ANZCO) win the Champion Canterbury ACC Workplace Safety Award in 2007 an award that was open to all businesses in Canterbury; not just those involved in the meat industry.
